Data collection

The Van Gogh Experience does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share personal data. The Apple TV app has no account system, advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, or third-party software development kits that collect data.

Information stored on Apple TV

Preferences such as local viewing choices may be stored only on the Apple TV using Apple’s local settings system. They are not sent to FB Publishing LLC or any third party.

Network access

The artwork, metadata, and experience content are included with the app. A network connection is not required for normal use.

If you contact support by email, the information you provide is used only to respond to your request and is handled by the email service involved in that communication.
